Birthday Donuts 8 Pack + Free Birthday Card

I appreciate the efforts put into the box but today i received the Desert box birthday donuts pack and it got to me at around 3:45 pm and i wanted to open the box to check the contents and lucky I did.
All icing and chocolate has melted and looked like it had been handled roughly. The ice pack was fully melted so it’s obviously been sitting with the courier for a while. I understand it’s a hot day but I thought you would have measures in place for that especially when you’re transporting food and desserts to keep them some what cool.
I’m sure it looked great when it left so it’s probably a courier issue that needs to be brought up with them.
