I was ok with the swap of donuts as received a text message advising nutella had sold out. But was dissappointed the birthday candle, streamer and popper werent included, also the printed Happy Birthday sticker message wasnt included so they didn’t know who’d sent the gift

This team are absolutely professional and caring. I had so many issues having a desert box delivered to a hospital, something so simple ended up a nightmare. This team kept in regular contact with me showing kindness and empathy! The team very quickly apologised and resolved the issue promptly. Deserved box replaced and delivered with no issues. Got a doughnut box with balloon & bear for my wife's birthday. The point is to make a fuss of her and when doughnuts showed up at her office she suddenly had a dozen best friends all wishing her a happy birthday. And she brigs home candy, chocolate balloons & a bear!
Ordered in bed on Monday night it was delivered lunchtime Tue morning - very happy!
Website was easy and it just worked.
Might suggest more add on options? The food box wasnt really the gift - would love to see more balloons/gifts/chocolates etc you can add to order

So disappointed! Same day delivery as if took a week to receive, had to change address as people werent there anymore, when emailed ye sthere were polite but didnt address the fact it wasnt same day delivery. Then friends gave no feed back on taste so assuming werent good! Never again.
Contents as per images but seemed like the box had more in it in the photos than the one we received.
