I am so disappointed by your company, I had sent an email, almost immediately after the delivery of this order and have heard nothing back. I had chosen your company for its reputation for quality and presentation, and I wanted this to be a special gift.
I ordered these cookies from your store as a gift for a close friend. Unfortunately, the cookies arrived completely damaged, and destroyed.
I understand that shipping mishaps can happen, but I would appreciate it if we could discuss a resolution or possible replacement.
